Crazy Carl’s Cricket Farm Guarantee

We guarantee live delivery for all mealworm orders provided the following conditions and guidelines are followed. While we take extreme care packaging and shipping our mealworms to ensure they arrive alive and squirming, losses will occur. We generously over ship by at least 10 to 20% to cover for possible fatalities incurred while in transit. Should the shipment arrive damaged, dead, or become lost in transit, we will replace the mealworms or refund the cost of the mealworms only, we will not cover shipping.

• All shipments must be received. Do not refuse delivery even if it is damaged or the MealWorms appear deceased.
• Any issue must be reported with 24 hours of delivery to be considered for a replacement or refund. ( cccricketfarm@gmail.com )
• We can not guarantee shipments left by a door or mail box unattended.
• Extreme weather shipments are guaranteed where the temperatures in the delivery area are no lower then 15 degrees and no higher then 90 degrees F. We will provide hot and cold pack at no charge. Mealworms are very hearty and tolerate the cold very well, and unless actually frozen will simply hibernate. Shipments made where these temperature limits are exceeded are at your risk. We reserve the right to hold shipments due to extreme temperatures when live delivery isn't feasable.
